College Democrats are affiliates of the Democratic National Committee, and therefore, we concur with the views of the Democratic National Committee while working to engage student in local, state, and national elections. Milligan Democrats also work for the betterment of the student body by offering a safe environment for students of various political ideologies that range from moderate to progressive. We further hope to demonstrate the essence of democracy that lies in spirited debate, yet peaceful coexistence, with other political parties.
