Natalia Rivas-Foster joined Milligan as an assistant coach for the cross-country and track & field teams in August 2014. In addition to helping coach the teams, Rivas-Foster assists in recruiting.
Rivas-Foster ran collegiately at Milligan for five years from 2009 to 2014. During her time at Milligan, she was a four-time national qualifier in cross–country and the marathon. In 2013, she finished 16th at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships.
Rivas-Foster graduated from Milligan in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. Rivas-Foster continued her education at Milligan and graduated with her master’s degree in business administration in 2015.
A native of Viña del Mar, Chile, Rivas-Foster attended University High and ran cross-country, played softball, and was on the cheerleading team before graduating in 2009.
Rivas-Foster resides in Jonesborough, Tennessee.
