Cosco served previously at Glenville State College in Glenville, WV, were she was Associate Professor of Special Education since 2008. She earned her Master’s Degree in Special Education from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV and her Doctor of Education Technology and E-Learning from Northcentral University in Prescott Valley, AZ.
