Assistant to the President
Dave joined Milligan in the fall of 2018 as the assistant to the president. He holds a bachelor’s in Bible and psychology from Milligan and a master of divinity from Emmanuel Christian Seminary.
He previously served as minister at East Tenth Street Church of Christ in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, for 19 years. During his time at East Tenth Street Church, he served as the Chair of the Board of Advisors (then Associates) at Emmanuel, and later as the Chair of the Board of Advisors at Milligan. He also served on the board of Angel’s Closet, a local clothing and food ministry.
Dave is married to Cindy, a family nurse practitioner and a Milligan alumna. They have two children.
