Milligan offering free COVID-safe tax preparation
MILLIGAN UNIVERSITY, Tenn. (Jan. 6, 2021) — Milligan University’s VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program has provided free, IRS-certified tax return preparation to local citizens for over a decade.
