Agnew to speak at Milligan

MILLIGAN COLLEGE, Tenn. (Jan. 22, 2015) – Matt Agnew, a pastor of student ministries at Chandler Christian Church in Chandler, Arizona, will speak at Milligan College on Tuesday, Jan. 27, at 11 a.m. in the Mary B. Martin Auditorium of Seeger Chapel.

Agnew’s sermon topic for Convocation is “Living a Life of No Regrets.” The service is free and open to the public.

Having served in student ministry for 24 years, Agnew serves as the executive director of The Bridge, a unique ministry that draws hundreds of middle school and high school students each week. It consists of an outdoor skate park, climbing walls, café, worship venue, coffee shop, basketball courts, game room and much more. He holds a doctorate in Christian counseling.

“Student Ministry is about investing in the lives of students and their families in order to lead them into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ,” said Agnew. “It is our mission as the church to stand side by side with parents as they nurture, lead, pray for and guide their teenagers into adulthood.”
