Jonesborough minister to speak at Milligan


MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TN (Feb. 10, 2011) – Vincent M. Dial, minister at Bethel Christian Church in Jonesborough, returns to Milligan College to speak on Thursday, Feb. 17, at 11 a.m. in the Mary B. Martin Auditorium in Seeger Memorial Chapel. The event is free and open to the public.

Dial served as the interim pastor at Bethel Christian for 14 months before becoming the full-time minister in 2001. In addition to ministry, Dial worked in various capacities with the Johnson City School System for over 30 years before retiring in 2007. He currently serves as chairperson for M.A.T.C.H., which stands for Minority Action Team for Community Health, and is a member of the East Tennessee State University Institutional Review Board.

Dial holds a master’s degree in educational supervision and administration from ETSU and a bachelor of music education degree in instrumental music from Carson-Newman College.
