Wallace named campus minister at Milligan

MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TN (July 27, 2010) — Milligan College welcomes Brad Wallace as its new campus minister.

Before coming to Milligan, Wallace served for six years as the worship minister at Parkside Christian Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has also served at Bedford Acres Christian Church in Paris, Ky., and for four years as campus minister at Kentucky Christian University.

“My family and I are very excited about joining the Milligan College community,” Wallace said. “For me, campus ministry is all about discovering what it really means to be a Christ-follower, and I look forward to seeing the incredible things God will do as we seek his face together.”

Wallace has a bachelor’s degree from Kentucky Christian and a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Abilene Christian University.

“We are extremely excited to welcome Brad, his wife and their two children to the area,” said Mark Fox, Milligan’s vice president for student development. “I anticipate that he will make a significant impact on our campus and will be a great addition.”

Wallace began his work at Milligan on July 13. He succeeds former campus minister Nathan Flora, who after 11 years of service at Milligan announced his resignation in order to pursue church ministry.
