Bethel minister to speak at Milligan


MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TN (August 18, 2009) – Milligan College’s first chapel service of the new school year will feature Bethel Christian Church minister Vincent M. Dial delivering a message entitled “From Good to Godly: The Next Generation.” The service will be held on Thursday, Aug. 20, at 11 a.m. in Seeger Memorial Chapel and is free and open to the public.

Dial served as the interim pastor at Bethel Christian in Jonesborough for 14 months before becoming their full-time minister in 2001. In addition to ministry, Dial worked in various capacities with the Johnson City School System for over 30 years before retiring in 2007. He currently serves as chairperson for M.A.T.C.H., which stands for Minority Action Team for Community Health, and is a member of the East Tennessee State University Institutional Review Board.

Dial holds a master’s degree in educational supervision and administration from ETSU and a bachelor of music education degree in instrumental music from Carson-Newman College.
