IMPACT Ministries International Director speaks at Milligan


MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TN (February 3, 2005) — The director of U.S. Operations for IMPACT Ministries International, Jerry Ackerman, will return to his alma mater to speak on Thursday, Feb. 10, at 11 a.m. in Seeger Memorial Chapel on the Milligan College campus. Admission is free and open to the public.

IMPACT Ministries International is a media ministry that uses multimedia resources to spread the gospel and encourage Christians in their daily lives. The television and radio broadcast reaches approximately 50 million households. The national radio program, IMPACT with Dr. David Ireland, provides biblical solutions to current issues, including practical issues of leadership and business practices, family and marital relations, spiritual growth and self-improvement.

In his role with IMPACT Ministries International, Ackerman contributes to the vision of the organization, organizes conventions and manages large-scale projects.

Ackerman has led prayer seminars and been a guest speaker for several organizations, including the Eastern Christian Convention, Christ in Youth conferences, statewide youth conventions, the National Missionary Convention, and numerous churches and camps throughout the United States.
