This application is for Milligan University and Emmanuel Christian Seminary students who have not maintained continuous enrollment in one of Milligan’s degree programs following withdrawal from the institution, or following a period of not being registered for classes for one or more terms.

For the Doctor of Ministry and Certificate in Christian Ministries programs, continuous enrollment is defined as being enrolled in at least one (1) course during the past 12 months.

This application requires official transcripts from all institutions attended since being enrolled at Milligan or Emmanuel Christian Seminary. Students who have been academically or socially dismissed must also submit a letter presenting justification for readmission.
