Jacqui has served as chief financial officer at Milligan since 2006. She previously was an audit manager at Blackburn, Childers & Steagall, PLC, and a staff accountant at Rodefer Moss & Co.
She holds a B.B.A. in accounting from East Tennessee State University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant. She is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of College and University Business Officers.
Jacqui has served as an on-site review committee member for the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) and serves on the Washington County Audit Committee.
She is a recipient of the Who’s Who Among Business Professionals and Executives, Business Journal 40 Under 40, Rosa Lie Jennings Brandt King Award for Outstanding League and Community Service, and the Fred C. Ward Outstanding Student in Taxation.
