Recharter Your Organization

  1. Read the student club/organization guidelines and responsibilities.
  2. Fill out rechartering form.
  3. Complete the student club/organization leader commitment form. Every person on next year’s leadership team must submit this form.
  4. Contact potential advisor to gage interest then submit name for approval to the Director of Campus Activities and Dean of Students.
  5. Have the club/organization’s advisor read the advisor section on the website and complete the advisor consent form.
  6. Complete Student Club/Organization evaluation sent by the Director of Campus Activities.
  7. All forms due on the date/time communicated to club/organization leaders by the Director of Campus Activities.
  8. Following the submission of all forms, the student club/organization will be considered for re-approval by the Director of Campus Activities and Dean of Students.
  9. The charter of a student club/organization will be revoked if the club/organization fails to recharter during the academic year, and/or if the club/organization violates university policy or procedures.
