If left blank, a roommate of same gender will be assigned to you. Important InformationThis application is not a guarantee of assignment in the Emmanuel Village or Milligan Student Apartments (MSA). Seminary students have priority for housing in Emmanuel Village, and apartments at Emmanuel and MSA are assigned on a first-come basis once a student is deposit-paid and/or enrolled in classes. The deposit, equal to one month's rent, is due upon receipt of notice of apartment assignment. If the Student Development Office is not notified in writing of cancellation 30 days prior to expected occupancy, the deposit may be forfeited. Deposits on occupied apartments will be refunded after the in-person check out with the Apartment Manager, the apartment has been vacated, and the damages are settled. Apartment residents are expected to abide by the terms of the lease and all regulations relevant to the college community.
