The School of Bible and Ministry at Milligan University invites applications for the full-time, exempt, year-round administrative position of Director of the Ministry Leadership Program. The Director will report directly to the Vice President of Academic Affairs, working collaboratively with the Associate Dean and other faculty of the School of Bible and Ministry to lead and coordinate all curricular and co-curricular aspects of the Ministry Leadership Program. The Director will also work in concert with Enrollment Management to assist in the recruitment of students into the program, and with Advancement and Church Relations to establish partnerships with churches for program funding and students. Depending on the applicant’s credentials, the Director may also hold administrative faculty status and be eligible to teach occasionally.

Qualifications: Successful candidates should have a master’s degree in Bible/Ministry and at least five years of full-time ministry experience. They should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with people across, and outside, the university to coordinate the many different components of the MLP.  They should also be a widely respected and experienced leader within Stone-Campbell Movement churches. Successful candidates should also demonstrate a strong Christian faith and commitment to Milligan’s mission as a Christian liberal arts university. Many duties and responsibilities will be performed on campus though some local and national travel is occasionally required. Please find a copy of the Position Description here.
