Thriving in Ministry Scholarship In 2019, Emmanuel Christian Seminary at Milligan established the Ministry Resource Center thanks to a nearly $1 million grant from Lilly Endowment Inc.’s Thriving in Ministry initiative. Through this grant, we are able to provide one tuition-free class to newly enrolling Doctor of Ministry Students. Eligible applicants must be admitted into the DMin program before applying for the scholarship.
