The redesigned program offers six specialized tracks:

  • Transformative Leadership – Prepares leaders to drive organizational change and innovation.

  • Non-Profit Administration – Develops future leaders in the non-profit and public service sectors, with opportunities for grant writing training and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Ministry Management – Equips leaders of faith-based organizations to lead and manage effectively, with courses in leadership, ministry team dynamics and financial stewardship.
  • Human Resource Management – Focuses on talent development, employee engagement and organizational strategy.
  • Integrated Option – Allows students to tailor their MBA experience with a selection of courses across multiple tracks.

Milligan’s MBA students will benefit from individualized career coaching with a focus on setting goals and planning next steps. The online format provides the flexibility needed for professionals to balance their education with career and personal commitments while completing a Christ-centered degree program.

Designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in today’s evolving business landscape, the 36-credit-hour program can be completed in 12, 18 or 24 months, allowing working adults to advance their careers at their own pace at an affordable price.

“With this redesigned program, Milligan continues its tradition of excellence in business education, preparing graduates to lead and serve in their workplaces and communities,” Melinsky added.
