With a strong academic foundation, Chase earned his Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Liberty University in December 2023, furthering his educational journey after graduating from Milligan University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in communications and a certificate in leadership. During his time as a student, Chase’s passion for service and love for others propelled him into various leadership positions on campus, including his role as the President of the Student Government Association (SGA). Through his strategic vision and collaborative approach, he championed initiatives that fostered a sense of belonging and worked to enhance the student experience.

Beyond the campus borders, Chase has made a lasting impact in the wider community. As the communications coordinator for the Johnson County School District, he honed his skills in effective communication and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, he served as the President of Heritage Hall Theatre, where he made history as the non-profit’s youngest leader. Chase’s outstanding contributions to Heritage Hall were recognized with the prestigious National Presidential Volunteer Service Award in 2019 and 2021.

As the Director of Student Success and Disability Services, he works to implement comprehensive support services and accommodations that empower students to thrive academically, personally, and professionally. Chase’s empathetic approach and dedication to problem-solving foster an environment where students feel heard, supported, and empowered to overcome challenges to achieve their full potential. With a genuine commitment to understanding individual needs, he collaborates with students, faculty, and staff to develop innovative solutions and implement tailored support systems.

In his additional role as the Director of Housing, Chase strives to create a vibrant and lively living environment that enhances the overall student experience. With a focus on student well-being, he works closely with our resident directors and resident assistants to implement innovative programs and initiatives that promote a sense of personal growth and emphasizes our Christian community.

Through his role and compassionate guidance, Chase ensures that students have the necessary resources and tools to navigate obstacles, create meaningful connections, and thrive academically and personally.
