Dr. Crouch holds a bachelor of science degree in psychology (2001), a bachelor of science
degree in nursing (2003) and a master’s of science degree in nursing (2011) from East Tennessee
State University. Crouch completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with an Adult
Geriatric Acute Care nurse practitioner certificate at the University of Tennessee Health Science
Center in 2017.
Crouch has been active in the area of nursing at Milligan College since 2007.  Prior to joining the
nursing faculty full-time, Crouch served as an adjunct clinical instructor as well as the clinical
educator for Acute Medicine Services at Johnson City Medical Center. She is a member of the

Psi Chi National Honor Society as well as the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of
Nursing where she has served on the Board of Directors for the Sigma-Epsilon Chapter-at- large
since 2013.
