Milligan University invites applications for the full-time position of Undergraduate Admissions Recruiter with an immediate start date. Reporting to the Director of Undergraduate Admissions, this position manages the recruitment process for assigned programs and territories to help achieve enrollment goals for Milligan University. Admissions recruitment, counseling, outreach, office management, and program and event coordination are all significant functions of this position. Successful candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, be an excellent communicator and have interpersonal skills, including public presentations and in oral and written communication, be a self-starter who us goal-oriented with strong work ethic, and optimally, a minimum of 1-2 years related recruiting or sales/marketing experience. Successful candidates should also demonstrate a strong Christian faith and commitment to Milligan’s mission as a Christian liberal arts university. Primary duties and responsibilities would be performed in the office, with the ability to drive to external recruiting opportunities and events. Some lifting required. Occasional work on nights and weekends. Some travel required.
