We are seeking a full time minister to lead our congregation in spiritual growth, biblical teaching, and community outreach. This individual will serve as the primary preacher and shepherd of our church family, helping us continue to live out our mission to love God and love people.
The minister will be responsible for preaching and teaching the Word of God, providing pastoral care, leading and equipping volunteers, and working with church leadership to develop and implement vision and ministry goals. We are seeking someone who has a servant’s heart, a strong biblical foundation, and a passion for helping people grow in their relationship with Christ.
Our ideal candidate will bring energy, humility, and creativity to ministry, and will work collaboratively with elders, staff, and members to strengthen the spiritual health and outreach of our congregation.
Byrdstown, TN is a close-knit rural community located near the scenic Dale Hollow Lake. The town is known for its hospitality, strong family values, and deep sense of faith that weaves through daily life.
