Campus Christian Fellowship is a state-wide college ministry in NC, currently serving at four campuses: East Carolina University, NC State University, UNC Wilmington, and UNC Chapel Hill. Our mission is making disciples on campus who impact the world and we highly value relational discipleship and biblical teaching. We train students for future ministry and service in the Kingdom. Our ministry at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2026.

Compensation: $40,000-$75,000 (negotiable based on experience, need, and fundraising)

Reports to: CCF, Inc. Board of Directors and Ministry Director

CCF is looking for a new full-time Lead Campus Minister for the campus ministry at Chapel Hill. The Lead Campus Minister will serve as the primary spiritual leader and mentor to students at UNC Chapel Hill for Campus Christian Fellowship, fostering a vibrant Christian community through worship, discipleship, outreach, and fundraising initiatives. We are looking for someone whose personality is a good fit with the culture of the UNC campus. This role involves developing programs that engage students in their faith, providing pastoral care, and encouraging growth in their spiritual journeys. This role will also involve managing future staff and fundraising teams.

We are looking for a self-starting leader with vision and the ability to help us rebuild and maintain our ministry on campus at Chapel Hill. We are also seeking to fill a women’s/associate ministry position there and would be open to a married couple serving together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate weekly worship services, Bible studies, and prayer meetings.
  • Develop discipleship programs that encourage students to deepen their faith and engage with
    Scripture.
  • Provide pastoral care and counseling to students, addressing their spiritual, emotional, and
    practical needs.
  • Collaborate with church leaders, faculty, and other campus organizations to promote
    community outreach and service opportunities.
  • Organize retreats, conferences, and mission trips to enhance spiritual growth and community
    building.
  • Mentor student leaders and empower them to take on leadership roles within the ministry.
  • Participate in CCF, Inc. trips, retreats, fundraisers, and planning activities.
  • Promote and support the mission and values of Campus Christian Fellowship.
  • Coordinate and maintain key church partnerships.
  • Administrative duties to include UNC financial records, website management, and CCF, Inc.
    communications.
