Virginia Commonwealth University professor and clinical psychologist Evertt Worthington has spent a career researching and writing about forgiveness as it relates to justice, faith, virtue, marriage, and family. Worthington began studying forgiveness scientifically in 1990, but his research interest became personal following the 1996 murder of his mother. He continues to make it his mission to help individuals, couples and families, communities, and countries forgive. Dr. Worthington will speak for Chapel and present an evening lecture.
Dr. Worthington also will host a one-day seminar for mental health professionals on March 13. Click here to learn more.
