Interactive Media Design

Milligan communications major, cinema, journalism, multimedia, digital media, public relations

The Interactive Media Design major covers subjects in live video streaming and production, basic and digital photography, video production and editing, graphic design, and web design. As a growing field in new technologies and online media, there are plenty of diverse career potentials, including editing, broadcast journalist, multimedia artist, videographer, and more.

Student-Run Media Agency

All digital media majors participate in a student-run media agency.

  • Real projects for real clients (on- and off-campus)
  • Students work as a creative team with faculty advisement
  • Publicity and promotion, website design and development, graphic design, video services
  • Opportunities for various experiences and advancement

Senior Capstone Course

All students take a capstone course in their senior year to provide specific practical skills and knowledge for launching a successful communications career and to read and reflect on living as a disciple of Jesus Christ while working in their vocation.
