Milligan hires new admissions director

MILLIGAN COLLEGE, Tenn. (June 25, 2015) — Kristin Wright has been named the director of admissions at Milligan College.

In this role, Wright will provide strategic direction and leadership for the college’s recruitment efforts, as well as assist in the development of marketing and communication strategies for recruitment.

“Kristin brings not only the skills and passion needed for this position, but a heart for Milligan’s mission to prepare the next generation of servant leaders,” said Dr. Lee Fierbaugh, vice president for enrollment management and marketing at Milligan. “We believe Kristin and her family will be a perfect fit for the Milligan community.”

With a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy and religious studies from Truman State University in Missouri, Wright has been serving in higher education for five years and two more in sales and marketing.

Wright most recently served as the director of recruitment at Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri, and previously worked as campus visit coordinator at Truman State. She and her husband, Jeff, have two children, David and Anneliese.

“What most appealed to me about Milligan is the combination of the broad, holistic liberal arts curriculum, the emphasis on servant leadership and the atmosphere of discipleship that offers students a very transformational experience,” said Wright. “My prayer is that the Lord uses me in this position to further His kingdom through the ministry of Milligan College.”
