Philosophy

    "I believe every individual should have an equal opportunity for an education. I believe the education process is THE means for alleviating many problems on the local, state, national, and world levels. Since teachers play such an important role in directing the learning process of individuals, I believe we must use every means available to motivate students to "achieve" according to their ability. To me, teaching is learning, and to see students meet with some degree of success is one of the priceless rewards in teaching."
