Norma Morrison’s Personal Page

Come on a wild flower hike with me to the top of Roan Mountain or to the water fall on Ripshin Mountain where I live.

I love exploring natural caves like the one in Hampton, Tennessee.

I live in a log home which my husband and I disassembled from Jonesborough, TN during 1976 and reassembled on our forty-five acres.

I enjoy concerts, theater, and dance performances.

I especially enjoy all of these experiences with my daughter, Portia, who was born in 1981.

My most recent love, Italy, was discovered when I studied the best early childhood program in the world in Reggio Emilia, Italy. I went in February of 1999 while on sabbatical. The Reggio Approach is an inspiration for all of us.

On July 20, 2002, Portia married Nathan Pelton, whom we dearly love.
