The stone reliefs over the windows on the exterior of the Library building symbolize five areas of truth pursued in Christian Higher Education: Revelation (Knowledge of God through Word and Spirit), Creativity (Arts), Government (Human Liberty, Justice, and Responsibility), Philosophy and Letters ("Know Thyself"), and the Sciences (Understanding Nature and the Universe).
