Wireless & Network

 

Milligan College provides a secured wireless network as well as a wired network.   Most buildings have wireless access.  You  may even be able to connect to the network while out on the grounds of the College. To obtain a access code please contact the Helpdesk.

    Lower Level of Little Hartland

 

Each dorm room is provided with two wired network ports to accommodate desktop computers.   Students provide their own cabling to make the connection.  

 

Our internet traffic is content filtered by using a hardware apparatus called Barracuda.  As with any filter false positives occurs.   Blocking may be removed for academic reasons, by approval of the Academic Dean.
