Milligan's traditional halls are open to all residential students, but are geared especially towards those students in their first years of college life. Each hall has its own unique culture and community, and all three are designed to help new students adapt successfully.

The Milligan Village

Milligan's newest residence halls were designed to combine the privacy of a suite with the college's vibrant community life. The village is on schedule to be completed by August 2013. View photos of our progress!

Each suite revolves around a centralized living room, and the village itself is centered around a large intramural field.

Milligan Student Apartments

Designed with adult and married students in mind, the student apartments offer all the benefits of an apartment right in the middle of campus. Each apartment features a fully-functional kitchen, bathrom, two bedrooms and a living room.

Today, almost all of the apartments house traditional residential students. Admission into the apartments is limited to juniors and seniors in good standing by application only. Download an application.
