| Lee Fierbaugh, M.A.
 |
Lee serves as Vice President
for Enrollment Management and Marketing at Milligan. She holds a B.S. from Milligan and
an M.A. in Communications from Regent University. She was named one
of the "40 Under Forty" business and community leaders in 2005 by
the Tri-Cities Business Journal. She serves as president of the Tri-Cities Chapter of Public
Relations Society of America (PRSA) and was a founding member of the Appalachian College
Association (ACA) Public Relations Council. In 2004, she attended
the prestigious Summer Institute for Women in Higher Education
Administration at Bryn Mawr College. She has been a guest lecturer
at the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities (CCCU) Conference
for Technology and Communications and has done volunteer public
relations and marketing work for Interfaith Hospitality Network of
Johnson City. She serves as the part-time youth director at First
Christian Church, Bluff City, Tennessee.

| Bill Greer, Ph.D.
 |
Bill has been a member of the faculty of
Milligan College since 1994. He is the Chair of the Business Area
and the J. Henry Kegley Chair of Business and Economics. He is the
founding director of the master of business administration program
at Milligan. Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in business
administration and accounting from Milligan in 1981, an MBA from
East Tennessee State University in 1991, and a Ph.D. in economics
from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 1999.
Before joining Milligan’s faculty, Bill served
as vice-president of marketing for Silver Creek
Technologies. Previous to his involvement with Silver Creek, he
worked in business and industry, primarily in the areas of
accounting and finance. Bill currently serves as President of the
Board of Directors of the Johnson City Federal Credit Union and as
the chief learning officer for Sysdine Technologies in Johnson City.
Earlier this summer he served as a member of the faculty of the
International Business Institute, teaching comparative economic
systems in various cities throughout Europe and Russia.
Bill is a member of Grandview Christian Church
of Johnson City, where he has served as an elder for many years. He
has also served on the Finance Ministry Team and the Stewardship
Ministry Team. He has also been involved with a number of Grandview
ministries, including the Interfaith Hospitality Network, youth
programs, as well as Grandview’s capital campaigns and building
committees. In addition to his church activities, Bill is involved
in the community through his membership on the Board of Directors of
the Johnson City Little League and was involved in the establishment
of a new “challenger league” for children with special needs.
Bill is a member of the American Economic
Association, the Association of Christian Economists, and the
Christian Business Faculty Association. His
book, Ethics and Uncertainty, dealing with the influence of
ethics on economic decision-making, was published in 2000.

| Tom Hornsby

|
Tom is an educator, consultant
and author. He designed and implemented one of the first New Roles
for Leaders systems in the world. Formerly with Eastman Chemical
Company, a Fortune 500 company and recipient of the coveted Malcolm
Baldrige National Quality Award, Tom has over 35 years managerial
and consulting experience in Leadership Development, Personal
Development, Quality Management/Performance Improvement, Human
Resource Systems Design/ Practice and Organizational Development.
Tom is a member of First
Christian Church in Johnson City, Tennessee. He is an Elder, Sunday
School Teacher, member of the Personnel Ministry and served as
Facilitator of the Long Range Planning Team. Tom also serves as an
organization/leadership consultant to the FCC Staff. Lynnis and Tom
have two children, Melanie and Mark.
Tom has numerous clients,
including the State of Tennessee, Eastman Chemical Company,
Tennessee Valley Authority, U.S. Department of Labor, Mountain
States Health Alliance, Unicoi County Memorial Hospital, Vanderbilt
UniversityMedical Center, Milligan College, King College, Radford
University, SPX Corporation, Lawter International, Clinical Trial
Management Services, Asbury Place, Eastman Kodak, Collin County-
Texas Government, United Way, U.S. Air Force, and several
churches/secondary school systems.
Tom is co-author of New Roles
for Leaders: A Step-by-Step Guide to Competitive Advantage
published in 2000 and he is co-author of Taming the Storm: The
Art of Synergy published in 2002. He is currently
co-authoring a book on Church
Effectiveness.
Tom is a Principal in
VisionWorks, LLC. The VisionWorks staff is engaged in helping
leaders worldwide improve organizational effectiveness. He serves on
the Adjunct Faculty for Milligan College where he teaches Leadership
to assist in providing a servant-leader foundation for students.

| Don Jeanes, D.D.
 |
A native of Georgia, Don holds a
bachelor's degree from Milligan College and a M.Div. from Emmanuel
School of Religion. He has served on the teaching faculty and
administration at Atlanta Christian College, where he taught Bible
and humanities and administered the student financial aid program
for six years. In 1978 he was named administrative vice president of
ACC where he served until 1984. During this time he did doctoral
coursework at Emory University.
An ordained minister, Jeanes served as associate minister and
operations manager at First Christian Church in Johnson City from
1984 to 1986. He then was called to serve as senior minister of
Spring Branch Christian Church in Houston, Texas. In 1991, he
returned to First Christian Church in Johnson City, this time as
senior minister. From that ministry, he was chosen to be named
president of Milligan College.
Jeanes has been an active member of Milligan's Board since 1981 and
recently served as chairman of the Board of Trustees. He has also
served as vice-chairman of the Board and has chaired numerous
sub-committees. In 1994 he was awarded the honorary doctorate of
divinity degree by Milligan College.
In the community and church, President Jeanes serves on the boards
of Christian Missionary Fellowship, the Christian Church Foundation
for the Handicapped, Mountain States Health Alliance, Elders of
First Christian Church, Johnson City and the State of Franklin
Savings Bank. He is a member of the Johnson City Rotary Club, having
served as president in 2000-2001. For eleven years he has served as
a volunteer chaplain at the Johnson City Medical Center.

John Marr, M.S.
|
John holds a B.A. in Christian
Education from Milligan College and a M.S. in counseling psychology
from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He has ministered at
churches in Tennessee and Nevada and worked as an institutional
psychologist and psychiatric hospital administrator prior to
developing his own counseling agency in 1990. Most recently, John
has served as administrative pastor with The Crossing Christian
Church in Las Vegas until his retirement to Northeast Tennessee in
2004.
John has served on the faculty
of The National Judicial College in Reno, Nevada, The National Drug
Court Institute in Alexandria, Virginia and as a consultant to the
American University Office of Justice Programs and the United States
Department of Justice.
John was a primary presenter at
the 1998 United Nations International Symposium on Substance Abuse,
the Loughborough International Conference on American Drug Courts in
Loughborough, Great Britain and the 2000 session of the
Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission in Washington D.C.
He has authored several
professional articles in the areas of addiction, treatment and drug
testing, helped develop the national standards and curriculum for
court run recovery monitoring programs and wrote a complete
Christian recovery from addictions program which has been
implemented throughout the United States and Europe.

| Joe G. Whitaker,
C.P.A. |
Joe has served as Vice President of
Business and Finance at Milligan College since 1989. He attended
Milligan College and holds a B.S. and has done graduate coursework
at Eastern Kentucky University.
Joe, a CPA, served as Controller and
Assistant Secretary/Treasurer at Begley Drug Company and as an
auditor and tax accountant with three CPA firms in Kentucky. He also
spent 20 years as Associate Minister of the Big Hill Ave. Christian
Church and Campus Minister with Eastern Kentucky University
Christian Student Fellowship. He is a member of the American
Institute of CPAs and the Tennessee Society of CPAs. He and his
wife, Dee Ann, attend First Christian Church, Johnson City,
Tennessee.

| Eugene H. Wigginton,
L.L.D.
 |
Gene is the retired president of
Standard Publishing Company in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has ministered
at churches in Atlanta and Louisville. He previously served as
executive vice president at Milligan College and director of
development at Cincinnati Bible College. He serves on the boards of
Milligan College, Atlanta Christian College, Emmanuel School of
Religion, Cincinnati Christian University, North American Christian
Convention, World Convention of Christian Churches, and Evangelical
Christian Publishers Association. He is a graduate of Cincinnati
Bible College and holds an honorary doctor of laws degree from
Milligan College.
