Family Ministry Week strengthens families
The Family Ministry Retreat will be held July 20-24 for alumni and church families from around the U.S. Retreat activities are aimed at strengthening the family unit as a whole and encouraging individual spiritual growth.
In addition to worship and music, workshops will cover current issues facing families today, including family health, balancing home life, deepening worship experiences, and cultivating prayer life.
“Being in the Appalachian Mountains with your family for Family Ministry Weekend is a phenomenal experience. Families experience Christian fellowship and an opportunity to minister to others,” said Gary Johnson, director of the Family Ministry Retreat.
