Associate Minister for Adult Discipleship & Administration
Seeking a person to be responsible for the leadership and development for the entire adult education program, including Sunday School and small group Bible studies, as well as day-to-day oversight of the office and maintenance staff, financial reporting, and church wide communication (anticipated work division is approximately 80% discipleship/20% administration). Requirements include a bachelor's degree in ministry or related field, and 5 - 10 years experience in the ministry, with demonstrated skills in recruiting, developing, and managing volunteer leaders in similar church programs. |
