2005: Averaged 2 kills per game. Her season high, 12 kills was recorded on four different occasions. She led the Lady Buffs and ranked second in the AAC, with 1.9 blocks per game. Against UVA-Wise, Langrel recorded her season high with four solo blocks and against Montreat, her season high of 15 total blocks was recorded.

2004: Named to the All-AAC Academic team and she led the Lady Buffs with 0.6 blocks per game. Season high 15 kills came against Montreat College.

High School/Personal: Langrel also played for the Lady Trailblazers basketball team and ran track at Daniel Boone. She was named All-Big Seven Conference. While at Milligan, she has been named to the Dean’s List every semester and is a member of the Nursing Honor Society.
