Bluefield, VA—Milligan outscored Bluefield 35-1 in a doubleheader sweep. The Lady Buffs outhit the Rams 32-1.

Game 1
Brandy Waddle tossed her first career no-hitter at Milligan. She struck out eight in the 14-0 romp. The game only went five innings.

Milligan scored in every inning. Milligan banged out 16 hits, including three hits from Andrea Henriott. She capped the game with a fifth inning grand slam. Alyson Bowman, Ashley Fine and Danielle Gilley all had two hits for the Lady Buffs.

Game 2
Ashley Fine pitched a one-hitter in the 21-1 victory in the second game of the doubleheader. She gave up a fourth inning homerun for Bluefield only hit of the day. Carissa Ellis led the way for the Lady Buffs going 3 for 4, including her first homerun of the season. Henriott continued swinging a hot bat picking up two more hits. Jenny Trompower also had two hits for the Lady Buffs.
The Lady Buffs have won eight games in a row and are 9-3 and 8-0 in the conference. Milligan will travel to Lincoln Memorial on Thursday before coming home to host Lees McRae on Sunday at 2:00 PM.
