MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TN (May 9, 2007) --- Elizabethton senior Andrew Gouge signed on Tuesday to compete in cross country along with track and field for the Buffaloes of Milligan College starting this fall.

Gouge was a four-year letterman in track and field and cross country while under the direction of Cyclone head coach Jim Presnell. He was a member of the 2004 TSSAA A/AA State Cross Country Championship team, as well as the 2003 and 2005 TSSAA A/AA state runner-up squads. In 2006, he captained Elizabethton to a sixth place team finish, and also captained this year’s team to the region title in track and field.

The son of John and June Gouge of Elizabethton, he plans to major in human performance and exercise science.
