Osceola High's Bordelon signs with Milligan

MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TN (April 26, 2007) --- Osceola High School senior Nathan Bordelon (Kissimmee, Fla.) announced this week he will compete in cross country along with track and field for Milligan College this coming fall.

Bordelon earned letters in track and cross country each of his four seasons at Osceola, and served as team captain during his junior and senior seasons. He was a member of the 4 x 800 meter relay team that set the school record, and also earned all-conference, all-county and most valuable honors during the 2006 cross country season.

“Nathan’s accomplishment’s in the classroom and on the field of play speak for themselves. We’re excited about what he’ll bring to our men’s program next fall,” said Milligan head coach Chris Layne.

Bordelon, a member of Who’s Who Among America’s High School Students, is the son of Gary and Tammy Bordelon. He was coached at Osceola High School by Mike Clemens.
