Martin signs with Lady Buffs MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TN (May 4, 2007) --- Daniel Boone High School's Paige Martin has signed to continue her softball career with the Milligan College Lady Buffs. Martin, a pitcher, has collected 16 wins over the last two seasons for the Trailblazers. During her junior year, Martin picked up nine wins with 134 strikeouts in 121 innings. She was a member of the second-team All-Big 9 Conference. She also held a 2.00 ERA. As a senior, she went 7-4 with a 1.71 ERA and 104 strikeouts in 78 innings. She hit .308 with a .357 on base percentage. Milligan finished tied for fourth this season in the Appalachian Athletic Conference and earned a birth in the 2007 NAIA Region XII Tournament set to begin next week in Athens, Tenn. Home |
