LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, GA (January 6, 2007) --- The Milligan College men's basketball team won their fifth-straight Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) game Saturday afternoon with a 78-65 win at Covenant (Ga.) College. With the win, The Buffs improve to 5-1 in the AAC and 11-4 overall. Covenant drops to 3-3 within the conference and 5-10 overall.

Milligan's leading scorer was senior Zach Dezarn (Franklin, Ohio) with 21 points while Danny McKeehan (Morrow, Ohio) added 16 points and grabbed nine rebounds. Sophomore Jeff Barnes (Franklin, Tenn.) grabbed a game-high 14 rebounds while Serge Babo (Indianapolis, Ind.) blocked five shots to go along with his six rebounds. Adrian Harrison (Greensboro, N.C.) also scored ten points and blocked four shots in the win.
