COLUMBIA, KY (September 15, 2006)---The Milligan College Women’s Soccer team moved their record to an even 3-3 on the season with a victory against Cumberland University by a score of 3-0 as a part of the KELME Classic on the campus of Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Ky., on Friday evening.

Dagmar Arnardottir (Kopvagur, Iceland) got the scoring started with a goal in the 46^th minute, on an assist from Hanna Lovbrand (Orebro, Sweden) and Megan Elrod (Louisville, Ky.)

Lovbrand extended the lead in the 58^th minute on an assist from senior Sarah Sereno (Williamsport, Pa.)

Sereno then added a goal of her own in the 62^nd minute with the assist going to Arnardottir.

Milligan controlled the ball for the majority of the match, out shooting Cumberland by a count of 18-6.

The Lady Buffs will continue their season and the KELME Classic tomorrow, Sept. 16, at 6 p.m. against Bethel College.
