BREVARD, N.C. (October 23, 2006)---The Milligan College men’s soccer team defeated Brevard College by a score of 2-0 on Monday evening in Brevard, N.C.

Philip Wilson (Middlesbrough, England) and David Lilly (Coatbridge, Scotland) had the goals for Milligan, while Said Abdi (Kismaayo, Somalia) was credited with an assist.

Jordan Fode (Surrey, British Columbia, Canada) recorded the shutout in goal; his seventh of the season.

The Buffs improve to 12-6 overall to conclude their regular season play.

Top-seeded Milligan will begin Appalachian Athletic Conference tournament play on Saturday, Oct. 28, at 7 p.m. versus eighth-seeded Union College at Anglin Field.
