MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TN (November 14, 2006)---The Milligan College men’s basketball team defeated the visiting Royal Crusaders of Crown College by a score of 94-57 on Tuesday night in the Steve Lacy Fieldhouse.

Milligan jumped out to an early lead and never looked back. The Buffs led 55-30 at halftime.

Utilizing their depth, the Buffs had 12 players with at least eight minutes, including nine with 10 or more.

The scoring was also spread out, as Zach Dezarn (Franklin, Ohio) led the way with 17 points and seven rebounds, Adrian Harrison (Greensboro, N.C.) and Danny McKeehan (Morrow, Ohio) had 14 points apiece, and Jeff Barnes (Franklin, Tenn.) had 10 points.

The victory improves Milligan to 2-1 on the season.

The Buffs will next take to the court on Friday, Nov. 17, at the Steve Lacy Fieldhouse as part of the Milligan College Invitational. Milligan opens with Johnson Bible College at 7:30 p.m.
