ATHENS, TN (November 24, 2004)--- The Milligan College basketball team lost their first Appalachian Athletic Conference game of the season Wednesday evening as the Buffs lost at Tennessee Wesleyan by a 79-69 score. With the results, Milligan moves to 5-1 overall and 2-1 in the AAC while TWC improves to 1-5 overall and 1-2 in conference.

Milligan was led by freshman Yony Kifle (Grundy, Va.) with 17 points while senior Craig Emmert (Cass City, Mich.) added 15. The leading scorer for the Bulldogs was Zach Conner with a game high of 20 points.

The Buffaloes return to action December 1 at 7:30 p.m. as Milligan host rival King (Tenn.) College at the Steve Lacy Fieldhouse in the Buffs’ AAC home opener.
