MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TN (December 7, 2004) --- In a match-up between conference leaders, Bluefield College downed Milligan College 72-69 Tuesday night at Milligan's Steve Lacy Fieldhouse.

Senior Craig Emmert scored 20 points to go with 5 rebounds and freshman Nick Tuggle added 19 points to lead Milligan, which fell to 7-3 overall and 4-2 in conference play.

Newcomers Anthony Wilhelm and Harvey Bell added 13 and 11 points, respectively.

The Buffs shot sixty-nine percent from the free throw line and forty-six percent from three point land.

Bluefield College, led by Cedric Brown's 26 points, moves to 8-4 overall and 5-1 in the conference. 

Milligan plays again December 11 at 7:30pm when they face UVA-Wise at home.
