The policies and guidelines of the Milligan College Archives are designed to guide collection development strategies as well as to protect the collection and ensure equal access to all researchers.

With the approval of the Archivist, certain Archives materials may be loaned out only to College personnel. Items that may be loaned are restricted to those in the artifacts collections, Local History and Restoration History book collections.
