The fact that Milligan College is named for a teacher is a mark of pride for the faculty, which continues to serve under the influence of the ideals of Christian education that were embodied in the College's namesake, Robert Milligan. Many are involved in research, publishing, and consulting, but their primary focus is teaching and mentoring. They are respected and caring Christian scholars who are committed to scholarship, excellence in teaching, and their students.
