
Physical Education Professor
Milligan College seeks a tenure-track professor in Physical Education, to begin August 2010. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellence in undergraduate teaching, and have expertise in the area of physical education. Teaching load might include Physical Education Methods, Measurement and Evaluation, Recreation Leadership, Motor Development/Learning, Teaching Team Sports, Swimming/Lifeguarding, and various activity classes. Supervision of student teachers and/or interns in the public schools is also expected. The ideal candidate should have at least a Masters degree in Physical Education and experience teaching K-12 Physical Education. A doctoral degree or work toward a doctoral degree would be a plus.

Business Administration Professor
Milligan College seeks a Business Administration professor with credentials in Finance. This is a tenure track position and the rank is open. The successful candidate should have demonstrated excellence in teaching. Teaching duties will include both undergraduate and graduate (MBA) levels. In addition to finance, the ability to teach economics or accounting at the undergraduate level would be a plus. Candidates should have a completed Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Finance, or Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. ABDs will also be considered.
An interest in integrating faith and learning in a liberal arts environment is essential. An interest in helping to expand a growing business administration program would be very helpful.
