Student Account
Payment Policy
Tuition, fees and all other costs for the semester are due and payable on the day of registration each semester. Tuition, fees and all other costs for summer school and intersession are due and payable on the statement due date.
If you have accepted a financial aid award, you must pay the difference between the total cost for the semester and the financial aid (excluding work study). Only students who have settled their accounts for the current semester will be permitted to pre-register for a subsequent term, including summer school and intersession.
A semester grade report, transcript, and/or diploma will not be issued to a student whose account is not settled by the end of a semester or term. In addition, a transcript will not be issued to individuals in default on a Federal Perkins Loan.
Payment Options
Students may pay their student account using cash, money orders, personal checks and certified checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The most convenient way to make a payment is to use our online payment feature.
AMS Tuition Pay Plan
Milligan College provides an interest-free tuition payment plan for our undergraduate, graduate and Adult Degree Completion Program (ADCP) students. These plans allow you to spread your tuition costs over several months if you cannot afford to pay tuition in a lump sum or to finance the difference in costs and financial aid. This plan can be used in conjunction with a Federal PLUS Loan and/or Alternative Loan to assist students and families in managing their educational debt. The payment plan enrollment fee for undergraduate students is $65 for the academic year, and for graduate and ADCP students, it is $85 (covers length of program). Click here to enroll.
