Hello, my name is Penny Gindlesperger and I will be your financial services counselor. I am excited you have chosen Milligan College, and I hope I can help answer any financial aid questions you may have.

I graduated from Milligan College in May 2012 with a B.A. in Business Administration. While I did receive scholarships and grants, student loans were necessities to complete my education. I transferred to Milligan College from a public university, knowing I would have to accrue some debt in order to earn the degree I wanted. For me, that decision was the right one and completely worth it.

I came to Milligan College from Pittsburgh, PA. As I went through school, I quickly realized I wanted to stay in East Tennessee after graduation. The beautiful mountains and welcoming community are hard to leave after four years.

Fresh out of college myself, I understand that financial aid can be overwhelming. I want to help you through your financial aid questions and uncertainties so you can make good decisions for your financial situation.

Please feel free to call or email me with your questions and concerns at 800.447.4880 or PHGindlesperger@milligan.edu.

Hi!

My name is Lauren Tomlinson. I graduated from Milligan College in May 2012 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.

I came to Milligan from Monticello, Illinois. My parents are Milligan graduates and I grew up visiting Milligan throughout my childhood. My freshman year I attended a college in Indiana, but soon realized that Milligan was the place I should be. Milligan became home for me.

During my time at Milligan, I was a part of the student government, participated in campus clubs, intramurals, and even created the Table Tennis club. My junior year, I married my best friend, Adam. We did not want to leave the area after we graduated, so Adam is in his first year of seminary at Emmanuel Christian Seminary and I am working here at Milligan!

Financial aid can be daunting, scary, and intimidating, but I hope to help make your experience with financial aid easy and painless.  Please do not hesitate to contact me with any problems or questions you may have.  I hope your time here at Milligan will be as great as mine was, and I hope to see you soon!

Please feel free to call or email me with your questions and concerns at 800.447.4880 or LMTomlinson2@milligan.edu.
