Executive MBA Certificate
Stay ahead of the rapid changes reshaping business today by completing an Executive MBA Certificate. Designed for the working professional already holding an MBA or similar graduate-level degree, you can further specialize your knowledge and training to stay current in the marketplace without pursuing an additional degree.
Each certificate consists of nine semester hours of graduate course work (three courses) in one of three tracks and can be completed in as few as four months. Individuals may pursue and obtain multiple certificates.
MBA certificate programs start each fall (usually October or November). Each certificate consists of three courses and can be completed in as few as four months, taking each class consecutively.
The program is designed to accommodate working professionals. Classes meet one Saturday per month. Class time is complemented by several weeks of on-going discussion, class participation, and other assignments, all facilitated by faculty using Internet-based resources. This provides flexibility in scheduling, while at the same time providing thorough and in-depth study.
Students need to bring a laptop to class.

Minimum requirements for admission to the MBA certificate program are as follows:
Affordable. Tuition for the executive certificate program is $575 per credit hour. The total cost for the three-course certificate is approximately $5,175. This is comparable with MBA Certificate programs at most other private and public institutions. Each student is issued the software required for the program. Lunch is provided on Saturday during residency weekends. Housing information for out-of-town students is available upon request.
Accreditation is the process by which the quality and standards of colleges and universities are verified and upheld. Milligan is pleased to hold SACS accreditation, which accredits the entire institution and its programs, including the MBA. SACS accredits degree-seeking institutions in the South, including the University of Tennessee and East Tennessee State University.
